Many people spend New Years Day recovering from the night before, but that’s not my style. I had the pleasure of joining Kassandra and Ben at Mount Rainier for their elopement in the snow. They flew out to Seattle from Wisconsin and mother nature threw EVERYTHING at them when they got here! It was pouring down rain the whole day of their wedding, we were delayed in getting up to the mountain because a small avalanche came down on it’s over the road before we could get there, and of course, the added complications that Covid-19 threw at them trying to plan an out of state wedding.

In spite of it all, they were the most beautiful and happy couple and were truly a joy to work with, even though they were soaked and half frozen!
