Photography that feels natural and true to you
rooted in trust, connection, and the moments that matter
Hi, Iām Dan.
Photography, for me, has always been about perspective. About noticing what others overlook. About understanding how people exist within a space.
Nature shaped how I see. The way light moves. The way atmosphere shifts. The way people can feel both small and powerful within something larger than themselves.
That awareness of scale and environment still guides how I photograph today.
But story is always at the center.
When trust is present and people feel safe, the camera disappears.
And what remains is real connection, visible in the images.
Most people feel uncertain in front of a camera.
Thatās normal.
My job isnāt to force you into my box of skill. Itās to place you in your box of comfort.
I get to know you. I ask questions. I learn what lights you up. What brings you closer to your partner. What makes you feel safe.
If you are playful and expressive, weāll lean into that.
If you are quiet and grounded, weāll honor that.
When that happens, the camera disappears.
And what remains is real connection, visible in the images.
